1. Data Controller and the GDPR

Cyber Butler is a data controller in respect of all the personal data collected in relation to this website and as considered by the European Commission under the General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR], effective from May 2018. As such, Cyber Butler must respect the privacy rights of individuals supplying their personal data. The Data Protection Directive lays down a series of rights and duties in relation to personal data when it is collected and processed.

Cyber Butler has extended its privacy policy with a data processing agreement with the Cre8ion Lab [ the data processor ], the company that is operating and hosting the Cyber Butler website.

Please note that when you leave the Cyber Butler website this policy is no longer applicable. So if you enter another website via Cyber Butler, the company running that website will be the data controller. We advise you to read their privacy statement before providing any personal information.

In general, you can visit and navigate Cyber Butler, without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. There are times, however, when we may gather information from you. Personal information like your name, postal address and e-mail address is obtained only when voluntarily submitted. Technical information, like details about your device and IP address, may be collected by virtue of your use of certain features, products and services from Cyber Butler.

Cyber Butler will however always comply with the strict regulations as set in this privacy statement and with European regulations as set in the GDPR, regardless of the country of operations.
 

5. Security of your personal information

Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Your personal information is stored on our secure password- and firewall- protected servers. All data associated with transactions you make will be encrypted using SSL technology. Cyber Butler takes all necessary measures to protect the privacy of your account and personal data, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee 100% security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. Cyber Butler will never ask you for your user name and password in emails or other communications
 

6. Right to be forgotten and access to your personal data

You have the right, in certain cases, to ask data controllers to correct, remove or block incorrect data about yourself. This is known as 'the right to be forgotten'. 

Complying with the GDPR effective from May 2018, you may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you and how it is handled. Cyber Butler does reserve the right to ask you for identification when making such a request. You are always welcome to contact us to remove, change or transfer any of your personal data, which you require us to process, by contacting us on privacy@cyberbutler.eu

7. Cyber Butler & Cookies
